BOKTOR $500 GAS GIVEAWAY RULES

BOKTOR MOTORS ENTER TO WIN (BOKTOR $500 FREE GAS GIVEAWAY) OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. THE CONTEST:
Boktor Motors (“Sponsor”) is pleased to introduce the “Boktor $500 Gas Giveaway” The giveaway entry period begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 4/1/2024 and ends at 11:59 P.M. (PST) 5/31/24 the (“giveaway entry period.”) Pacific Standard Time shall control for all purposes of the giveaway. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of this giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
This giveaway is open only to: (I) legal residents of Nevada, that are physically located and residing therein; (II) Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and (III) are not a person barred from participation in the giveaway. You need not be present to win. Directors, Officers, Employees, Immediate family members, Contractors, Agents or representatives of sponsor, (“Boktor Motors”) are not eligible to enter the giveaway.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
During the giveaway entry period you may enter by the TEXTING ENTRY METHOD or by the MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD described below. All entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. PST of the last day of the giveaway, i.e. 5/31/2024, whether submitted by TEXT ENTRY METHOD or MAILED-IN METHOD. Proof of depositing entry in mail is not proof of delivery or receipt. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete and duplicated entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted from post office boxes. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. All entries received via TEXT ENTRY METHOD or MAIL-IN METHOD consent to receiving promotional material from various sources via text message or email. At any time entrants may reply “stop” to any email or text received to opt out of receiving future messages.
a. TEXT ENTRY METHOD: Simply text “FREE GAS” to 888111 and you will receive a confirmation message back.
b. MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD: you may enter the giveaway by hand printing the words enter to win Boktor $500 Free Gas Giveaway, your name, age, address, city, state, zip code, telephone and email address (if applicable ) on a 3”x5” card and mailing it in an envelope to : (Boktor $500
Gas Giveaway ), c/o Boktor Motors Cars 1610 E Tropicana Ave Las Vegas, NV 89119. Using an automated system to participate in the giveaway or attempting to subvert the giveaway entry process is prohibited

4. PRIZES:
The Grand Prize, A $500 gas card or the equivalent in multiple cards subject to verification of eligibility and compliance of these official rules will be awarded to one winning entrant. All federal, state, local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All other costs and expenses related to the prize not specified herein and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are also the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the proper authorities. On or about May 31st, 2024 sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway entry period to select a potential winner of the grand prize. All other entries will win a promotional gift. Only one prize or gift will be awarded per person regardless of the Number of entries.

5. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning the grand prize ($500 in free gas) depends on the total number of eligible entries received for the giveaway period and are equal regardless of method of entry. Every entry received will win a promotional gift..

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION:
On or about June 3nd, 2024 all potential winners will be contacted by telephone, email,text or
mail service using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The potential winners will be awarded the applicable prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions of these official rules. If a potential winner fails to respond to the verification notification within 48 hours of notification or the notification can not be made after (2) attempts the potential winner may be disqualified in sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Potential winners are required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability /publicity release via email or in person at 1610 E Tropicana Ave Las Vegas, NV 89119 within 5 days of notification. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution, replacement will be made.

7. DISPUTES:
You agree that any and all disputes claims, and causes of action, arising out of or connected with this giveaway or the prize shall be governed construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada

8. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY:
Sponsor and each of their/its respective affiliates subsidiaries parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (“the released parties”) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or

unauthorized access to, or alterations of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirection, stolen, mutilated , illegible, postage due, or any combination thereof.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By participating, winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the released parties from and against any claims made by the winner, entrance, or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this giveaway, as well as any other claims.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Except where prohibited by law by participating in this giveaway and or accepting this prize you grant sponsor and its designees the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, testimonials, personal story, voice, and other identifying information.

11. CONDITIONS:
As a condition for participating in the giveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, who’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in this giveaway, these official rules, giveaway materials, information contained on sponsor’s website, available at: boktor.com. The giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state provincial and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Winning and receiving a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

12. OFFICIAL WINNERS LIST:
Will be available at Boktors.com after 6/3/2024 the giveaway is prohibited where restricted by law.
